It stopped working in December 2022 so I purchased a new one for her at the end of December. The new one just stopped working today which means it lasted less than 4 months from the purchase date. I have to ship it back to Dyson who will gladly send us a replacement in probably 10+ days. What a disaster. Apparently Dyson’s QC is terrible now. A $400 hairdryer should last alot longer than 3 months. Will never buy a product from them again.

Super Soncially Dried and Caused Split Ends

It sucked every inch of moisture out of my hair, and the ends started to split and break off easily. I was horribly disappointed. My $30 dryer did a much better job. Save your money, this dryer is a big disappointment and the worst waste of money ever!!!
