I absolutely love it, my hair feels lighter, softer and healthier after each use. It almost feels like a blow out every time. It doesn’t burn your hair and the accessories were a plus. Who would’ve thought a $300+ hairdryer was worth all the hype.

My hair looks incredible and since I use it every day, I feel confident that it's also gentle on my short hair. Don't hesitate. Grab one of these. You won't regret it.

Tried to contact Dyson Customer Service but the did not respond in a timely manner via email or phone. $399 for a product that is usually in the $40 range for standard hair dryers. If you are going to charge a 1000% increase on a standard consumer item, then you should provide 1000% better customer service to support this product once in hands of the consumer, or better yet, be sure by 1000% that it works before shipping....BIG MISS James DYSON

Whole family uses it because it is safe to use for hair of all ages. Bought on Black Friday sale so definitely worth the money. Also bought the geek squad protection because this is too big of an investment not to protect.
