She’s a hair dresser and absolutely loves it. My daughter uses it who normally has thick frizzy hair. This drier help tame it and it looks healthier. (I was skeptical but I’ve seen a difference in both their hair)

The only reason I’m putting 1 start is due to me never receiving the item, yet I get no refund nor replacement. Trying to speak to Customer Service is extremely hard and when you do they make you walk through all these hoops that don’t even help, in the end, I get nothing, no refund or replacement.
