With two ladies in the house with long hair. Us guys are alway second fiddle to dry our short hair. So I really appreciate the speed that my wife and daughter can dry their hair with this dryer...

It is a very good hair dryer! I am not sure if it is 5X better than normal hair dryer that costs 5x less but if you can justify the purchase I don't think you will regret the decision.

My wife loved it and claims worth the money!! Especially if you have curly hair. Don’t forget to look in the manual booklet. Theres a slip for a free attachment from Dyson.

wife and daughter in law loves it. I guess their happiness justifies how expensive it is.... They have long hair and according to them the hot air doesn't burn or dries out their hair.

Bought this as a gift for my wife. She says it it a great product to use, with her number one positive being the cord is longer than that on other dryers she has owned. Overall she is very pleased with it.

I bought this for wife and she is able to get ready in less time. Cuts down on getting ready by 25%! Instead of waiting 2 hours to go out and get dinner, I’m eating in 1 hour and 30 minutes!

I bought the dryer and the flatiron. While I like ve the air strait, I returned the dryer. It wasn't any different than a typical dryer and was too heavy for me.

I borrowed a Dyson hair dryer from a friend while on vacation and immediately bought one when we returned. It dries quickly and my hair seems less "frizzy" and fly-away. Bought this one for my husband for Christmas, he loves it too!

I bought this for my wife after seeing some other's post about it online, and she absolutely loves it. I didn't think a hair dryer was a big deal, but if you need a good gift for your wife, this is a good option!

Got this as a present for my boyfriend and he loves it! He's been looking for a hairdryer for a while now, and his love of Dyson products naturally led him to this one! Honestly the highest quality hairdryer he's ever seen, he was ecstatic!

Was super excited to give this to my wife for her birthday; however, she has very thick, coarse and curly hair. Not only was the drying time the same but her hair felt like straw. Tried different settings over several days and went back to the ionizing dryer that works great for 1/4 of the price. Perhaps Dyson can introduce an ionizing model because seemingly that gives a nice smoothness and soft feel to her hair.

Purchased this as a present for a family member and they are more than happy with it. The display stand is such a nice touch considering how premium the Dyson lineup is. Hope it holds up well over time.

This has turned out to be an excellent hair dryer and am very happy with it. The only thing that could use some improvement is the power cable, which is extremely long and stiff making it somewhat difficult to manage.

For years my mother would say blow dryers are bad for your hair. Well what ever Dyson unlocked, they have found the secret. My hair feels better and looks healthy after using this!

I really like this hair dryer but it is very pricey
