gave this as a gift to my fiance because she has a long commute and long workdays and other reviews said it would try her hair faster. she doesn't think it actually does. it looks cool and impresses some guests that see it, but truthfully wasn't worth it. it could also use an adapter with one of the comb things as that would make it better for her use.

Only thing I don’t like about the Dyson hairdryer is that the end gets very hot So it makes it so you kind of have to use the attachments

I think this is 100.00 too much. If it lasts 5 years I guess it would be worth it. But I am not there so we shall see how it turns out.

Works great really drys your hair so smooth my wife loves it. And it’s quite too.

I believe it is a great product. But please stop using OnTrac as your carrier, they really SUCK (Slow, Unresponsive, Chaotic, Killjoy). They have delayed my packages for a week without any reason and I cannot reach them. My hair is wet while I am writing this so please do it better

Wife says its great. The box on the cord is heavier than the dryer itself. Good product so far.

This hair dyer is awesome, very powerful with great attachments and they are magnetic, such a great idea. It comes standard with 3 attachments, a large diffuser, small diffuser and directional attachment. Controls are smaller buttons but easy to operate and have LED indicators for low/med/high. The motor even on high setting is more of a hiss than the old fashion fan sound of a hair dryer. it is much more quiet, but has a noise to it. The air intake is on the base of the handle so you can't hold it at it's lowest point but that has not been a problem. My wife has fine hair and says it is great. She also believes for those with thick hair this would be an excellent choice for the air volume and heat ability. The ONLY con of this item is the electric cord, it is an industrial strength cord which is great because it will last but it outweighs the actual hairdryer and will drag it off the counter. Luckily they include a silicon mat to set the dryer on that fixes that problem. Although it is a heavy price tag, it is a quality piece of hardware that is very capable.

This was a great gift. Very pricey but for that special person that would never spend the money, this was a great gift!!

I shouldn't buy that, very expensive, a lot of freez and it doesn't style my hair as a normal hair dryer.

Great product. Build quality is superb and hard to not want to like it.

First and foremost, this blow dyer died after semi-regular use in 90 days. I called Dyson, mailed it to them and they sent me a replacement. That one died in 30 days. So I've had two of these blow dyers go out after semi-daily use and now Dyson is fighting with me to send another one. They weren't dropped at all, the filters were cleaned out, etc. Aside from the fact that a $400 blow dryer isn't capable of lasting beyond 30 days, it's heavy relative to other blow dryers for someone with arthritis, the cord is obnoxiously thick (I know it draws a lot of power, but there are more efficient ways of wiring), and the power supply box is a joke. Most blow dryers require 2 prongs, this one requires 3 with a Dryer Machine thick cord.
