Standard Dyson quality applies... the case is fancy enough for the price point... perfect for collecting dust somewhere for storing on a shelf or in a cabinet... the overly expensive blow dryer itself is super functional... blows with plenty of force being a Dyson and being overly priced... heat manipulation works perfectly although not ergonomic friendly to do with one hand... I'd give this a 3.5 if I could because it's perfect for a Dyson... just not my wallet

I love it! Expensive but well worth the investment!

I split it into two sections (crown and lower) and it only takes SIX minutes total to dry now vs 15 previously with my previous babyliss! Also really enjoying the smoothing attachment.
