Made my hair feel like straw and very frizzy. Very difficult to do a blow out with round brush, not sure why. Tried using it 4 different times. In between I used my other blow dryer and hair was back to normal when I used that one. Would not recommend this product.

So disappointing

It overheated the 3 times I attempted to use it. It has a power block that is close to the dryer and hangs and swings and hits you. It was not designed well at all. I’m so disappointed as everyone says they are great.

But it only last 11-12 months. It just suddenly stopped working. Dyson did not honor the warranty because the model number did not match their information. Very strange.

It got far hotter than Dyson said it would and I ended up with a lot of broken hair. The dryer and attachments look good, but did not work as described. Maybe I got a lemon, but I was not trying again.

After several months the product would overheat and turn off. Further the cord at the base of the dryer was not secure causing the dryer to short out. I have returned two of these high priced items, both with the same issue. Be sure to purchase the warranty.

Randomly turning off

The Supersonic is engineered and built to last when maintained as outlined in the user manual. It goes through a rigorous testing phase so that the machine can endure more than the average drop or bump.
When purchased directly from Dyson or an authorized retailer, the Dyson Supersonic has a 2-year warranty. Should the warranty exhaust, we still provide diagnostic support for the life of the machine.

It has significantly cut down my getting ready time in the morning. I love that it's so simple and easy to use. The attachments are great, and I no longer have to get my straightener out every morning. I have medium length hair that is SUPER thick, and I can dry and style my hair in less than 10 minutes with this thing. My fiancé also uses it every so often and loves it.

It has helped my straight, Asian hair not be as oily and cuts down drying by half. So easy to use and I love the different air functions too. I definitely feel my hair being smoother and healthier. Definitely give the Supersonic hair dryer a shot!!
