I placed an order for store pickup and when I went to get my Dyson, the box was banged up but they claimed that it was new. When I went home to open it, I saw that it was used, dusty and scratched with fingerprints and interior cardboard and documentation bent up. I have never been this disappointed with a product’s quality check. Items in this condition should not be sold as new. This would be considered open box at best. I would not recommend buying Dyson hair products from Best Buy. Save your time and get it from the manufacturer!
