I have fine but thick, pretty curly hair that takes me approximately 30 mins to dry with a regular, ionic, ceramic 2200W dryer that smoothes and shines my hair -drying with a round brush-the Dyson was light weight, but just did not leave my hair silky smooth like my other dryer does. I returned it and will continue my search for a better dryer for my hair type.

I'm happy to inform you that Dyson Supersonic hair dryers features 3 different attachments - a smoothing nozzle, styling concentrator, as well as a diffuser for use with achieving varying hair styles. Dyson Supersonic also features 4 precise heat control settings to also aid in drying, styling hair, as well as locking in your hair style. While the smoothing nozzle works well with working sections of your hair with a gentle airflow that can be used with just your hand, styling hair can be done with the styling concentrator as well as a brush.

It initially didn't get the wow I was hoping for since she likes her old one. However, now that she is using it, she loves it and loves how quiet it is. Our daughters have also discovered it, so our bathroom has gotten a little busier.

As a licensed cosmetologist I've owned a lot of hair dryers. One of the best things I love is it's definitely much more powerful then any other dryer I've owned without getting too hot causing hot spots and possibly burning the hair. I actually love it and am not sorry I spent the money.

The Best Blowdryer EVER

And YES, it is everything it's hyped to be. Dries my long, thick hair in a fraction of the time, and leaves it smooth And shiny.. even without any added product. There's also no need to flat iron after a blow dry anymore. (The dryers not as quiet as advertised, but that's not a problem for me).... I LOVE IT!

She said, "This is literally the most perfect hair dryer!" I was skeptical with the price and whether or not it would be worth spending the money. However, this product dries hair in half the time of a regular hair dryer. I also has negative ions, which reduce flying hairs which was noticeable after a week or so. Bottom line, if you are on the fence about buying this, you should definitely buy this it's makes a huge difference that you will notice!

It dries my hair in no time at all and I really like the ability to adjust the heat and force of air to minimize any hair damage. I highly recommend this item. It is priced high so it may be considered a luxury for most people but I highly recommend it if you can afford it.
