I really loved it but it was not that much for me. I have straight hair with an open waive, I returned this one and put her the air wrap as I didn’t live the fact that this doesn’t have brushes with it.

I am absolutely in love with my dryer! It was shipped quickly, and everything is exactly as pictured. After the first use I disposed of my old dryer with no hesitation.

I bought this for wife and she is able to get ready in less time. Cuts down on getting ready by 25%! Instead of waiting 2 hours to go out and get dinner, I’m eating in 1 hour and 30 minutes!

This hair drier is amazing. I can’t imagine life without it now. It has so many settings for fast safe drying. It causes less damage on my hair. Light weight and quiet compared to other hair driers.

Dyson knows how to make a hairdryer. I didn't believe it until I tried it -- totally worth the steep price tag. Works faster and better than regular hair dryers. I'd buy it again.

At first I really didn’t want to spend this much money on a blow dryer. But then my hairstylist has one and every time she would blow dry my hair it looked amazing.

Very expensive of course, but it works better than anything else. My wife has very thick hair and other dryers take twice as long. While not drying quite as well. Good size too if you ever have to travel with it.

Crappybought one for my wife for Christmas in 2022 it stopped working in January 2025 took it back in and it was not covered. That is crap one month after the 2 years it’s not covered

My girlfriend wanted this after using my sister's. She swears by it and it helped that it was on sale. It seems like an obscene amount to pay for a hair dryer but what do I know.

We have passed this around the household members, to see if we could get consensus. Seems that everyone loves this hair dryer. Okay, yes it is expensive. But, there are lots of things you should think about. The time you spend drying your hair each day, is normally time you never get back. This shaves minutes off of your hair drying time; if 15 minutes normally, plan for maybe 10 minutes. I don't know about you, but 5 minutes a day is something to consider. Also, as for money, as we get older, we are many times in a position to get gifts for people they may not be able to afford until later in life. This hair dryer provides a great way to make someone feel special, given the price and name brand, plus the performance of this hair dryer. The unit is balanced, quiet, stays cool to the touch, and does a great job of drying hair. The typical hair dryer just blasts you with too much heat until you turn it to cool, then back to heat. This does a great job of doing hair drying but without over drying or being too hot. Dyson also planned it or designed it to make sure hair doesn't get sucked into the air intake as there is no screen over the motor blades. The accessories are well thought out, and magnetic, so they attach without being too tight or easily fall off. Most times with standard hair dryers, if you get any attachments, they stick on as they heat and expand. This is not the case with the Dyson. And you can remove them or move them, without burning your fingers. Also, these are useful accessories. You also get an ingenious non-slip mat. I have been frustrated for years with the hair dryer slipping off the bathroom sink; this solves that issue. I'm not sold on the hook, but I would not use it anyway, so a non-issue. If you wanted to, you could take this on travel too, it isn't as big and bulky, although many hotels now provide a hair dryer, you have to look and see if the screen is dirty or not....sort of like using a hotel pillow. But this gives you an option for travel, simply by putting it in your bag. Now that you know all of the details, you can see that maybe it is something for you, or for someone special in your life. I know that in my house, everyone was impressed and agreed that it was worth it.
