I LOVE my Dyson blow dryer!! as a cosmetology student I know this blow dryer will last a lifetime especially when I’m in my own salon soon! This blow dryer will dry you’re hair SO fast. I love all the attachments it comes with especially the anti frizz attachment. I recommend this blow dryer to all cosmetologists and anyone else who is looking for a new blow dryer at home!

I agonized over buying this. It is powerful. Maybe a little too much as it blows my fine hair all around but it does dry fast. Weighting is different than a traditional hair dryer. Takes getting used to. Not the lightest. Overall I'm pleased but it's not without drawbacks.

I love every aspect of this hair dryer, except for the price. The hair dryer is light and and easy to move around. Surprisingly quiet for a hair dryer, as well. The cord is a bit ridiculous it is the standard Dyson cord they have on their vacuums, except with a ground fault on the end. Could be at least $100 cheaper, though...

Got for my wife for Christmas. Like other reviewers I was a bit skeptical of the price. I mean it’s a hairdryer how much different can it be. It actually is. It dries hair much faster and with less heat so less frizz. The shorter barrel makes it easier to do your own hair. Good attachments for most hair styles too, like the comb and flyaway attachment which does a good job for a really finished look.

I have been a hair stylist for 20 years, and I wish I had bought one sooner. It is lightweight and dries hair in half the time.

I splurged and bought this for myself after my 10 year old blow dryer finally kicked the bucket and i found out decent replacements were like $150 and up. Figured I could justify the expense broken down over so many years of use. My expectations were that it would be lighter, quieter and maybe even quicker. I am blown away by this thing. No pun intended but oh my goodness. My hair feels so soft after getting done. No dried out feeling at all! Usually i would love my hair on the 2nd day after a blowout but now it’s immediately amazing. I definitely thought that the flyaway attachment information about the Coanda effect was just a fancy sounding sales pitch. Except i still don’t know what it is technically, i just know i have hair that is the healthiest it has probably ever looked. I am amazed by this blow dryer and am SO very happy I spent the extra money. Now to see how long it will last me.

Wife says it’s the best hairdryer ever. They don’t go on sale often so I grabbed one for Christmas. She had been eyeing this for a while and was super happy to get one. She says that it works really well - and faster than any hair dryer she has ever used. Doesn’t over heat her hair too. And is very light. I can say it takes her about 5 mins less to get ready now, which is meaningful at times.

I have never been able to blow dry my hair. No blow dryer has actually gotten my hair 100% dry. Some of the previous blow dryers I have used have gotten my hair somewhat dry after nearly 30 minutes, but my hair also always ended up a frizzy bushy mess. This blow dryer completely dries my hair in less than 20 minutes and leaves my hair sleek and straight. I don’t regret this purchase at all.

Although very powerful, it is also very quiet. The air flow is very consistent. The heat is controlled, not too hot or too cold. Several accessories included with device make its use a breeze. Yes, it is very expensive compared to any other hair blower, but it does deliver way more than other similar devices. If you have the money, you will get what you paid for.

Performance: very good. Design: neat and stylish. Weight: really heavy compared with others. Very expensive. I think a just price should be 200 or 250 tops, considering quality vs cost. This product is not for everyone. My wife loves it and use This daily... and she wrote This. Anyhow it is great but clearly overpriced

I had done research on other products such as the Shark product line and while approximating the quality and features to those from the Dyson, they are not fully there yet.

I've been using the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer for just over two weeks now, and I can already see why it has such a strong reputation. The drying time is seriously impressive. My hair usually takes 20+ minutes to dry, but with the Dyson, I’m done in under 10. It’s powerful without feeling harsh or overly hot. Even in this short time, my hair feels noticeably smoother and softer. It doesn’t feel dried out or frizzy like it sometimes did with my old dryer. It really seems to make a difference.

I have a LOT of hair and long to waist. I purchased Dyson hair dryer to match Dyson Corrale iron. Very quiet, light weight. I use cool air on medium or high, hair dries in 10-15 minutes. Have not noticed any damaged/split ends. Previous hair dryer BabyBliss, normally took 30+ minutes on high heat, that caused damaged ends.

I love this hair dryer!! Fully dries my hair so fast & i have very thick hair. Easy to use & the app helps you learn how to use your tool. I recommend this produt.

In the beginning I thought it was madness to pay this amount on a hairdryer. I have a Best Buy card and paying it off easily with 12 months no interest helped me pull the trigger. Fast blow out, healthy hair results, and easy to use! Do yourself a favor get one. Nothing else can compare to this from previous dryers used in past.

I was hesitant to make this purchase due to how expensive this supersonic is but I ended up doing it. I have used the blower, the flyaway and diffuser so far and they all have worked well. The blower itself is very powerful, I use it on the first setting for wind and first or 2nd for heat and its very powerful even at the lowest setting. Still very expensive but it is quality.

Amazing little beast. I never blew dry my hair because it took forever and I thought the heat was damaging. Then I found out that leaving your hair wet to air dry is more vulnerable to damage so I started testing and trying out hair dryers. The Dyson worked to dry my hair far quicker than a few others I tried. Also, it is super cute and comes with a lot of fun accessories. I actually own the hair dryer and the air wave which is slightly redundant but I do find that I use both since the hair dryer is stronger than the air wave. If you have long hair or dense hair get this because it cuts down on dry time which amounts to healthier locks. If you have fine hair get this because it helps to dry your hair smoothly somehow which means less flyaways and frizz. I am in love with the Dyson line because of its quality and performance. If it’s too pricey wait for Black Friday sale.
