Although it looks great and it's very light weight, Dyson is seriously dealing with quality issues. I originally purchased this hair dryer and it stopped working in less than a month, after using it two times! Had to go thru Dyson Warranty and get a replacement which took almost 3 weeks because of how Dyson chooses to processes returns. It first has to go to a 3rd party Distributor and then they ship one out. Mind you, through out the return/exchange process there is zero communication. So I had to call in various times to inquire about the status of the order. Fast forward to today, now my replacement dryer does not turn on when connected (after 2 months of use) and mind you this is for personal use. Once, maybe twice a week at most. It's not like this is used in a salon or barber shop. So having this product fail twice with light use is very frustrating to say the least. Now I'm having to deal with Dyson and go through warranty services again and wait for another replacement. Thought this was a quality product from Dyson but that doesn't seem to be the case. Because of that I strong advise against. However, If you decide to purchase this product I would strongly recommend getting the extended coverage through GeekSquad.
