Drove 60 miles there and back to find that they won’t replace it. Had to order another. Second one arrived. It doesn’t even turn on. Phone customer service tells me to return it AGAIN!! Gas and time!! I can’t even get through to the store to see if they have one in stock before I drive there AGAIN! They send the call to the Philippines! Which tells me to go to the store!!!

Dries hair way too fast without allowing time for styling. Good to dry 3/4 of the way in record time and switch to another dryer to style Way too much effort and way too costly.
