The first one did quit working after 7 months, but we had the 2 year replacement plan with BB and they gave us a new one no problem. Hopefully this one lasts as it is quite expensive, but in her opinion worth it if you have really long, thick hair like she does.

I have longer hair and it dries it very quickly without the heat damage I have experienced with other dryers. I am very pleased with the performance. I am also happy about the noise level- it is pretty quiet compared to other dryers. It is highly priced, yet in my opinion the quality is fantastic. Also, I love the long cord.

But it was a Mother’s Day present and she had been wanting it for a while so I decided it was time to get it for her. Overall she loves it, she says it’s light weight, it’s not loud, and she’s able to do her hair faster.

Incredible hair dryer

It's light and easy to handle and is much quieter than any hair dryer I've used. Previous hair dryers always hurt my ears because they were so loud; not any more. Hopefully this one lasts many years which means I'll soon forget about the cost and just enjoy the features and ease of use of my new Dyson Hair Dryer!!

I have wasted so much money on hair dryers that were expensive but cost less than this one. That was a waste of money. I use to use a blow dryer then use the straightening iron on my hair daily. Now, I don't even need the straightening iron. This hair dryer is MAGIC!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!

Got a bit in trouble at first because of the pride. I mean, it's a hairdryer. But with a good return policy I had no fears. I don't think I could grab this from my wife's cold dead hands if I wanted to. I think it's here to stay and she's happy.
