Packaging is nice from a reputable name brand. Cord is a little long to manage but other than that it has been great so far!

I have really long hair I thought I would be able to blow dry my hair much faster so I could get out of the house faster. Not true I have a $20 blow dryer that works just the same. This is just a bunch of hot air and once I tried it once I wanted to return it and they told me I could night so I was out $425 plus tax for a piece of crap blow dryer. Yeah it blows Is heavy and it sits in the cabinet under my sink. Live and learn and learn
