I appreciate the feature to dry hair without heat, for everyday use; and the highest heat setting for straightening me and my daughter’s kinky hair.

Is it really that good?

I guess it depends on the day you ask. She often complains that she wishes it got a little hotter and the cord is heavy and bulky, otherwise it is another great dyson product.
