I agonized over buying this. It is powerful. Maybe a little too much as it blows my fine hair all around but it does dry fast. Weighting is different than a traditional hair dryer. Takes getting used to. Not the lightest. Overall I'm pleased but it's not without drawbacks.

Love this blow dryer. Worth every penny as now it takes me half the time to dry my hair. It also makes hair very shiny and not frizzy. The only thing to note is that it doesn’t include the case. I guess that is now sold separately so I ended up buying something similar to hold all the pieces on Amazon.

My wife absolutely loves this blower. Her normal hair drying time would be over an hour, however when she used the Dyson, she was done in about 15 minutes. We both couldn’t believe it and my bathroom time is now back to normal. Thanks Dyson!

Amazing little beast. I never blew dry my hair because it took forever and I thought the heat was damaging. Then I found out that leaving your hair wet to air dry is more vulnerable to damage so I started testing and trying out hair dryers. The Dyson worked to dry my hair far quicker than a few others I tried. Also, it is super cute and comes with a lot of fun accessories. I actually own the hair dryer and the air wave which is slightly redundant but I do find that I use both since the hair dryer is stronger than the air wave. If you have long hair or dense hair get this because it cuts down on dry time which amounts to healthier locks. If you have fine hair get this because it helps to dry your hair smoothly somehow which means less flyaways and frizz. I am in love with the Dyson line because of its quality and performance. If it’s too pricey wait for Black Friday sale.

Although very powerful, it is also very quiet. The air flow is very consistent. The heat is controlled, not too hot or too cold. Several accessories included with device make its use a breeze. Yes, it is very expensive compared to any other hair blower, but it does deliver way more than other similar devices. If you have the money, you will get what you paid for.

I splurged and bought this for myself after my 10 year old blow dryer finally kicked the bucket and i found out decent replacements were like $150 and up. Figured I could justify the expense broken down over so many years of use. My expectations were that it would be lighter, quieter and maybe even quicker. I am blown away by this thing. No pun intended but oh my goodness. My hair feels so soft after getting done. No dried out feeling at all! Usually i would love my hair on the 2nd day after a blowout but now it’s immediately amazing. I definitely thought that the flyaway attachment information about the Coanda effect was just a fancy sounding sales pitch. Except i still don’t know what it is technically, i just know i have hair that is the healthiest it has probably ever looked. I am amazed by this blow dryer and am SO very happy I spent the extra money. Now to see how long it will last me.

Wife says it’s the best hairdryer ever. They don’t go on sale often so I grabbed one for Christmas. She had been eyeing this for a while and was super happy to get one. She says that it works really well - and faster than any hair dryer she has ever used. Doesn’t over heat her hair too. And is very light. I can say it takes her about 5 mins less to get ready now, which is meaningful at times.

I have never been able to blow dry my hair. No blow dryer has actually gotten my hair 100% dry. Some of the previous blow dryers I have used have gotten my hair somewhat dry after nearly 30 minutes, but my hair also always ended up a frizzy bushy mess. This blow dryer completely dries my hair in less than 20 minutes and leaves my hair sleek and straight. I don’t regret this purchase at all.

Very efficient in hair dryer. Much better than all competitor products. We purchased this concerned about the price-benefit ratio but once we started to use this it is abundantly clear that the Dyson Hair Dryer is worth the extra cost based on its design, efficiency and performance.
