Bought this for the wife for Christmas because after all these years I am running out of unique gifts. Ya it's a hair dryer, but its something she wouldn't spend the money on. At first she wanted to take it back because of how much it cost. Lets be honest it costs ALOT for what it is. I encountered her to use it and enjoy it and not worry about the cost. Well she did and now she loves it. Drys her hair quick and it looks very nice when shes done. Could a blow dryer that cost 1/4 of how much this thing is do the job, absolutely. But it's a conversation starter with her friends, not that they need things to talk about. So the only thing you need to decide on is if you want the luxuries in life or the same old junk from China.

All I can say is - I bought this for my wife. I use it too. It takes hair drying into a new generation. Not sure how you can tell that it is monitoring the heat - oh wait - you can. My wife has been using this for over 6 months now and her hair is more softer/shin than I have ever felt it. It truly does make a difference. Quieter hair drying too! I honestly can say if you care about your hair - you need this dryer.

I've always wanted to buy this as a gift for my wife but she has the thought that all hair dryers work the same. I just decided to buy it when it went on sale and surprise her with it. We were all sold after using it for the first time. She now uses it often and remarks how we should have bought this years ago.

Great hair dryer, drys faster than any professional dryers, doesn't overheat the hair. Super quite too.

At $400, it’s kind of a ridiculous price; it costs more than their vacuums. However, I just got a 10% off one item code from BB and add the $50 e-gift card, I decided this was going to be the only opportunity to get it any cheaper. Bought it for my wife as she’s been raving about it for months and she loves it. Apparently, the time it took for her to dry her hair used to be 15-20minutes and she exclaims, “Six Minutes!” So yeah, guess it does it’s job!

Dries my hair super fast and it is smooth! Also doesn’t knot us as much!

I have naturally curly hair and usually have to let it air dry for the most part bc I don’t have the patience for diffusing it. I can now go from wet to completely dry in 5-10 minutes. I love it!!! My hair also seems to have a lot more shine to it. My only complaint is I still have not received the free attachment I was supposed to get with my purchase.

Got it for my wife for xmas-it is real quiet and doesn't blow breaker like old one did-wife says it is fast and works great.
