Ok, it's a hair dryer. how can one be worth so much more money? Unlike the fans (which I have one) The Hair dryer is light years ahead of the competition. Be warned, keeping it on High, and leaving it on your counter will create a hurricane which will blow all the stuff off your bathroom counter onto the floor (yuck). Drying my daughters hair is now twice as fast and more efficient, and less "frizzy".

I love my new Dyson Hair Dryer. It dries quickly, but doesn't feel so hot that it is damaging my hair.

I've long curly hair and have been trying CGM during SIP. With winter coming, I will have to start drying my hair every wash day. Decided on the Supersonic after watching reviews from fellow curly hairs. The Dyson, without using the attachments, dries my hair super quick. The diffuser lacks, and while using it even at the highest speed, my hair feels like it takes forever to dry -- this is where the machine being light works in my favor. The placement of the cool button causes my hand to cramp as I have to grip from a weird angle to avoid covering the filter. For those that use no heat at all, there is a dedicated cool setting. Wish it came with the comb attachment rather than 2 straightening ones.

I bought this for my wife. She normally goes for the $20-30 special so I thought this would be a nice upgrade when hers recently broke. She likes it. I don’t think she loves it. It’s very powerful. I know she likes it best on the lowest setting. I don’t get the feeling she loves it. I think she likes it, but I feel like she could have been very happy with a hair drier that was $200-300 cheaper. If I had to do it again, I think I might go elsewhere. I don’t think she’s $400 happy. She is probably more $300 happy. I’m missing $100 of happy from her so I gotta take a star away.

Present for the wife. She LOVES it. Aesthetically pleasing. She has very thick hair down past her shoulders and she says it completely dries her hair in 4 1/2 minutes. She actually timed it. Also, very light and easy to maneuver. “By far the best hair dryer ever invented. It tames flyaways and frizziness” “If it lasts 10 years, it was worth every penny spent”

The Anniversary came and I was thinking like what I should give her for our special Date. This purchase make my wife very very happy. For sure I will get the rest of the collection of Dyson for my girl , like I say with a happy wife happy Husband. Ps- I won’t have to sleep on the couch any more . Lol ;)

I was tired of low cost and medium priced hair dryers that took forever to dry hair. This Dyson has adjustable heat and wind settings that make it very flexible. I have never used a dryer with this much air movement. It is solidly built, and the included attachments are easy to use. I normally use it wide open with no attachments and can dry my hair in a few minutes. My hair goes well below my shoulders.

Works faster and way better than any other hair dryer I've ever used. The way it looks, feels, and works is completely amazing. Actually is quieter than your normal hair dryer. Did a test and tried to have a conversation with someone without yelling and I was actually able to hear everything clearly. For drying it used to take me about 7-9 minutes to dry and style my hair with my old hair dryer and now it takes me about 4 minutes. It also leaves your hair very shiny and soft as well.
