Never had this problem with my previous hairdryers plugged into the same outlet.

I think with time, these tools will gradually replace the shoddy old ones that she clings to. If it is on sale, this is a wonderful gift for someone that love to do their hair.

I am not a super big fan of Dyson as far as their vacuums because they break and are not worth the money, but the hairdryer works great. It is a beautiful color and is definitely worth the money. It also comes with a great hard case to keep all the extensions and hairdryer in.

My wife loves it!! Best hair dryer she has ever owned. The air flow is very powerful but can be gentle as well. If you don't mind spending this much money on a hair dryer, this one is the best on the market.
