    My wife was initially upset that I spent this much on a hair dryer for her. She's used to dropping $40 on a new one each year, after the old one pukes. Those feelings faded after the first time she used it. It's quiet, powerful, and seems to make her hair look nicer. Not sure how, but it does.

    As with every Dyson product we’ve ever purchased, this one meets our expectations. Build quality is top notch as usual. We later bought the matching stand from Dyson, which completed the package and made it more convenient to store when not in use. Expensive, but if it lasts like our past Dyson purchases, you get what you pay for!
