I love Dyson products! I was very hesitant to buy this because of the price but it's worth it. It saves me a lot of time getting ready in the morning for work. I have long straight hair and it literally dries my hair in less than 5 minutes! I highly recommend.

have both the hair dryer and the airwrap. To answer a lot of people's concern about the hair drying capacity of this one vs. the airwrap. it's more like comparing a V8 sports car (supersonic) vs a Prius (airwrap). not even close when comparing. this one is really powerful and easy to use IF you want to dry your hair in under 5 minutes (takes me about 25 minutes with airwrap).

My wife is absolutely in love with this thing. My daughter was getting her hair done for prom and the lady was using the supersonic. They were so impressed. I surprised her with one for Mothers day. She uses it every day.

Let me start by saying, I have curly hair and bought this hair dryer thinking it would be life changing. It’s not. I diffuse my hair often. The only thing I noticed was there was slightly less frizz when using the Dyson. However, it isn’t worth the price. It took just the same amount of time to diffuse it than using a regular hair dryer. Maybe this hair dryer works well with straight hair and daily use, but for curly hair, I’ll stick to low heat hair diffuser.

Fast - This dryer cut my wife's hair drying time in half (20 mins -> 10) and did a much better job that her oft-replaced $39.95 dryers. Additionally, the quality of her dried hair was more in line with the feel when she gets home from the stylist. (Fewer fly-aways, and looks a little shinier.)

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY WIFE FOR HER BIRTHDAY AND SHE LOVES IT. IT DRIES HER HAIR IN LESS THEN HALF THE TIME AND SHE SAID HER HAIR FEELS LESS DAMAGED, SHINY AND SOFT.

I bought this hairdryer for my wife and she loves it. When I asked her how it did after the first use, she said it dried her hair in a third of the time her normal hairdryer took - she has mid-length hair just to her shoulders. The power of the airflow is strong - more than her old unit. And, this thing is quiet! I couldn't believe how quiet it is compared to conventional hairdryers. Like review videos I have seen, you can actually talk over the noise of the unit without yelling while someone is drying their hair. The cord is plenty long for her to use and get wherever she needs to move for a good angle on her hair/head. And, in true Dyson style, they thought of everything. The transformer box on the cord is just the right distance from the power plug so it lays on the counter without clunking around as she moves the unit. As long as the house is wired within electrical spec for the plug height from countertop, the box won't be knocking into things or clunking around. The carry case is also very handy - I specifically got this one because of the case. My wife was able to put the main unit and all of the attachments into the case without really trying to adjust everything to fit just right. The price is a bit hefty, but in my opinion, it was well worth it for something that works as promised and is well designed.

Best hair dryer purchase! Ease of use and control, you can even dry your hair without any heat. My hair does not dry out after use and it adds volume as well.

Bought this for my wife! She loves it. It used to take her a half hour to dry her hair. Now it takes 7 minutes! She also said it's light weight and so simple to use! When we bathe our little doggie and have to dry her off, it also cuts back on the timing and our puppy actually enjoys it because it's not that loud!

I’ve loved MyDyson for the last four years. Best hairdryer I ever ever bought. However I’m now starting to have issues with with it shutting off.

I honestly like it it blows fast air and it’s very much more quieter than any other hair dryer I’ve owned.

Very good product overall. I am not a hair dryer expert so I can’t say if this is worth the money but I can that it works great, and of course it looks great.

This is hands down the best blow dryer. I am a hair stylist, and it helps make my process a lot easier.

I have very thick hair and lots of it so finding a hair dryer that cuts my drying time by about 10+ minutes has been wonderful. It took me 15-20 minutes with my old babyliss dryer now I'm at about 5 minutes for drying time. It's also very light weight and easy to hold. Lastly, it's much more quiet than a traditional dryer which is important when you don't want to wake a toddler. Well worth the price.
