It is quieter and lighter than usual hair dryer. The design of the air output area does not get hot like the traditional hair dryer. It's a Dyson, and it keeps up with the brand's reputation.

Definitely spent a lot for this that I almost cried paying for it but my daughters loved it while jumping up and down with excitement so well worth it.

It does exactly what youd expect it to do. It works really well. Any hairdryer will dry your hair so this is really only for those who use one every day.

Like a lot of people, I didn't want this very costly hair dryer to be far superior to even my trusty current hair dryer, but it is. It is quick, lightweight, very thorough, and quiet. Love the magnetic attachments!

When I first heard of a hairdryer that was so expensive, I thought people would be crazy to buy it. After needing to buy cheap hair dryers annually because they'd keep breaking, I finally decided to give this a try knowing I could return it. I didn't return it and it's the main hair dryer we use in our house now. We really like the performance of it and notice it does dry our daughters hair more quickly. The only downside other than it's expensive is the cord is very long and thick so it can get in the way sometimes. We've gotten used to it though and would recommend the Dyson hairdryer.

I was a skeptical that one hair dryer could make a big difference over any other, but this product has proved me wrong. I am blown away. It takes a little getting used to because it does NOT get as hot as the other dryers. It has sensors that change the heat to optimize it for your level of wetness and it turns out that Dyson doesn't think we need all the heat that we think we need - and they're right! When I use this dryer with NO attachments, it takes the same dry time (maybe a little less) as other dryers but with less heat, and either the less heat or something about how it blows makes me look like I got a professional blowout after a cut. My hair lays much more smooth. Is it worth $400? Maybe. I do think it will last a long time. It is nice not to be all sweaty after I dry my hair!

This product works great and it doesn't hurt that it looks great as well.

My favorite hair dryer ever! Much quieter than expected and much more powerful than I anticipated. I love the cold setting which I don't have to keep on pressing the button once set.

I absolutely LOVE this product. I love the fly away hair attachment. I don’t even need to straighten my hair anymore. I just use that as my last step when drying my hair and I really love it.

I bought this hair dryer for my wife. Now, I've always thought that she had beautiful hair, but after seeing the results produced by this marvelous invention, I feel confident declaring that her hair BD (before Dyson) actually looked like a rat's nest. And I've never even seen an actual rat's nest! (Or is it rats' nest?) Anyway, this thing is expensive but totally worth it. After seeing the incredible results, my Father-in-Law bought one for his wife (who happens to be my Mother-in-Law) and since she's so happy with it, they're no longer encouraging their daughter to leave me. So hair blow dryer is so easy and cute to use. We’ve been needing a new one and I’ve been so excited to finally get this one. It’s so fast and doesn’t feel like my hair is burning off. Totally recommend.

When I would visit my hairstylist, she would use her Dyson blow dryer. I especially loved the smoothing attachment. I wanted to elevate my home care with this professional tool. I love it. The rose gold color is so beautiful.

This hair dryer is pricey but oh so good. I think it is worth every penny. Easy to hold and use. Very sturdy and dries hair soo fast. I would recommend to anyone with any kind of hair.
