As can be expected - another outstanding Dyson product. This blow dryer was a huge investment and XMas gift for our 30 year old daughter who has very thick and wavy hair - she can never get her hair completely dry, can’t keep the frizzes away and hates the waves - so after blow drying she straightens! This dryer took care of all of her problems. She was thrilled and Best Buy, as always, delivered with online ordering and on time delivery! We are happy customers and highly recommend the product.

At first, this hairdryer seems just OK. Build quality is top notch, it looks great, small and sturdy. It’s what Apple would make if they made hairdryers. The drying mechanism works well. But you’re not sure it’s really worth all this money. Until you start using it for a while, then you go back to your old hairdryer on a whim. It then becomes abundantly clear why this Dyson is better. It’s not hot, doesn’t scorch your hair and drys it quicker. Highly recommended.

Its pretty nice but the cable is kinda thick and heavy which is a bit annoying but overall I like it so far.

Wife loves this dryer as do I due to it being super quite. And dries hair a lot quicker so I am not sitting around waiting as long. Money well spent

I love it! A couple of years ago I bought a $60 blow dryer that I discovered during a hotel stay. It was an improvement over my old, cheap Revlon model. My hair has always been wild after I blow dry it, so I religiously straightened it for years. The first time I used the Dyson, my hair was nearly straight immediately after. It was smooth and super shiny and I was in shock. It looks hydrated! I have thin, wavy hair w/ significant damage. Worth the price tag.

But my girlfriend loved it she uses it everydsy and says its easier to do her hair

Love it!! Does everything a good dryer should. It’s definitely worth the high price! The only way to improve it would be a lighter cord and a bit lighter dryer.

Yes...get it. If you are reading reviews, seriously considering this hair dryer, then you are likely going to benefit from this purchase. Others have run down the pros/cons nicely in their reviews. I waited for a sale and picked it up and Best Buy. Drys my hair faster than any other hair dryer I've used and doesn't sound like a turbine next to my head. I've enjoyed mine; I'm guessing you will enjoy this Dyson gadget as well.

I debated 6+ months about buying this after hearing so many good things. Finally the salon I go to also started using them and I was convinced. I have busy wavy hair and this is the first dryer that can not only get my hair truly dry, but without all the frizz. The attachments are so useful but greatest feature is it doesn’t let the air get too hot, preventing frizz. I’ve recommended it to several people already. Since I’m now using less smoothing products I’m happy with this as an investment to cut down on hair products as well.

I have a T-3 hair dryer that I have been using for a few years and it's great. I didn't want to buy the Dyson one because it's quite expensive and I thought the T-3 would be good enough. Well, this year I decided to treat myself with this new dryer and I have no regret. It is the best! It dries the hair even faster than the T-3 thus my hair is less damaged and healthier. I would say if someone has long hair and wants to save time and have healthy hair; this is the ultimate investment.
