HORRIBLE PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY!

Instead, my hair is dry (like straw) and tangles easily after use. The only positive thing I have to say is the flyaway attachment is useful.

Thank you for your review. This is Miella from Dyson. We're sorry to hear of your frustration with your Dyson Supersonic hairdryer. Because of the intelligent heat control, the Dyson Supersonic doesn't require much, if any, heat protectant. Excessive product in the hair before blow drying can cause a straw like texture. Because of this, we recommend using very minimal to no product in the hair when blow drying to ensure a smooth, soft finish.

I can definitely see the difference in texture and overall frizz compared to using other hair dryers. But not sure if that makes it worth the money. If you have the extra money to spend it will be a great investment .

After using Dyson several times she loved it. Pros : Lighter and Smaller It’s half the weight of her previous dryer and the smaller size makes it easier to move around and use. Cons : Takes same amount of time to dry her hair as her other model. It didn’t speed up drying time but she loves it so much easier to handle and use.
