My plug is very close to the sink & the vanity so the longer cord often gets in my way, but I can see where it’d come in handy in a more professional setting. Does a fantastic job of drying hair without drying it out. Definitely a happy purchase.

She has had it for A couple days and it does the job. dyson has a great warranty just in case it fails but if this is anything like their other items I'm sure we won't have any issues. I have very fine hair and this dries it quickly and therefore reducing damage from extended exposure to dry heat.
