I had been waiting for a promo code so that I didn't have to pay full price for it. It's simply to expensive for a hair dryer that does what any other good quality hair dryer does and for less of the value. Once purchased, I used it maybe 5 times before all of a sudden, while in use, it shut down. It's not due to overheating, unclean filter or covering up filter. It simply shuts down and you can't get it to start until maybe 1 hour later. I always have to finish styling my hair with a backup hair dryer that I've had for about 15 plus years. I am highly disappointed and plan to get a full refund for my purchase. Apparently, it's a common problem with these hair dryers, unfortunately I didn't research well before buying...

I'm happy to inform you that, while we don't expect any problems to occur, if you purchase your machine new and from an authorized retailer Dyson will back your purchase with a free 2-year guarantee.
