First, the filter at the bottom always comes undone. Bad design on Dyson's part. Second, does the cord need to be 8 feet long with a Brick in the middle of it? Couldn't they have just incorporated that into the plug? If you're looking to buy one, first check it out in person and see if it works for you. Wish I had done that and saved $400.

Instead of being where it should be - in the front where your trigger finger is - it's on the opposite side between your thumb & index finger, such an awkward placement! Other than that it's awesome, but I'm a religious cool shot button user because it really sets the style & it's a big enough deal for me to remove 2 stars & I would not recommend to a friend. If they ever fix this total design flaw I'd sell this model & upgrade for sure.
