Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We wouldn't expect to hear that in your use, you've found that the Supersonic hair dryer is tangling your hair. There are a few different things you can do to change the method in which you dry your hair. To begin with the unit is designed with a type of thermal control which means it will monitor and control the temperature at all times. When the dryer is held away from your head the dryer reads the temperature of the room and not your hair; this also causes your hair to blow all around which can lead to damage and tangles. In light of this, it may be necessary to use the dryer directly against your hair with a low speed/heat setting (to start with) using either your hand, a paddle brush or roll brush to control the movement of your hair. When applying these tips to your everyday styling you should start to see a difference in the texture of your hair.

Long thick useless power cord.

The power is strong yes, but it’s also very loud and annoying, particularly with the long cord that doesn’t really bend well. This will be my last Dyson product I believe.

Not for short natural curly hair

I returned the Dyson Hair Dryer because it would not do for my hair. If it had a different type of diffuser, it might be great...one that blows out instead of within the diffuser.

I used it twice and both times it burn and frizz my hair. I tried lower the heat settings but it just gives me nots on my hair. I end up returning it. It’s a very fancy and pricy hair blow dryer but it didn’t work with my hair type.

Breaking after a month

I was exciting to use this product and it was a OK quality of dryer until 10/7. It just won’t start off when I turn on the button. Did I use this dryer recklessly ???? I treated this product very carefully almost like a new iphone. I am so baffled now, I don't know what should I do with this. Is bestbuy will accept a month of product return? I am annoyed Right now, of course I did not purchase after-care program. Who would expect dyson hair dryer just stopped after a Month????? No no no!

Although it is vey nice, there is nothing but the name to justify the price, in fact, I wanted to return it. I do believe there are some design flaws. The controls are on the front so you have to have the dryer facing you to change the controls. Just no worth $399.00.
