    This lasted about 1 year. It now overheats and shuts off after about 10 minutes.

    We didn't get a chance to use it, BB need to learn how to package and deliver. When package arrived.. it look like it went thru big bad storm. So I return it.. I wish I had order from some where else, because I missed a very good deal on BlackFriday Common, BB, best thing about xmas is to open a gift (not garbage)

    We bought the high priced Dyson hair dryer from Best Buy store and not satisfied with product. When we try to return bestbuy store not talking it back because we didn’t buy insurance from them and dyson company not talking it back because we bought it from Lewisville Best Buy. End of the day we are not able to return this unsatisfied product and burned 400+ $

    Ok they make interesting good quality vacume but so do other companies for half the cost but a 400$ blow dryer all thix shows me is there is people ghat have more money than they know what to do with so they buy things like this because they can im sorry but this blows hot air just like any other dryer is it was made out of titanium and would last a lifetime i would buy but we make thingd yo break on purpose i csn only imagine if it was built for s one time purchase it would cost 5000$ and people would still buy it

    DO NOT FALL FOR IT! I loved it when I bought it but the machine stopped working 6 months after use. Dyson said they will send a replacement only after I ship my current machine. So in summary, I have to live without a hair dryer for 7 to 10 business days.

    Purchased this Dyson Hair Dryer for my wife (XMAS 2019)! She loved it...up until 12/17/2020 when it died.. hardly worth the cash you put out for 12 months of service. Luckily I had purchased the "Product Replacement" warranty.. WOULD NOT PURCHASE AGAIN....SAVE YOUR CASH Scott M.

    Great hair dryer with many attachments

    Incredibly lightweight and heats up/cools down so fast. I love using it daily to fix my hair up a bit and love the attachments it brings.

    this is no like the other dyson products , about the time frame for drying your hair is a lied, i buy this for my daughter and is the same time like other normal hair dryer, don't waste your money.

    This was not cool, it seems someone returned this one and BB resold it to us on the website. Didn't even inspect it because it didn't work and had scratches. They did a return and gave us a new one but come on!! For a hair dryer that cost this much!!!!

    I have short thin hair. I used the product like twice and on the third day it wouldn't turn on.

    Do not buy. Expensive and cheap and broken.

    Came damaged. For this amount of money the pieces like an on/off switch should not have fallen off when taken out of the packaging. Very disappointed. Disappointed in the product quality from manufacturer and from the seller. Would not waste your money.

    I purchased Nov 2018 and used until Mar 2020. A year and 4 month later, it stop working. It's not even powered on. No. 100% Not recommend. I paid $400 for this king of trash.

    Shuts off every minute it seems. Can’t be dirty because it’s new, out of the box, unless it’s sent dirty but I have checked the filter and it doesn’t appear to be dirty.

    With Great Blow Dryer comes Great Price Tag

    I have several Dyson products - and my wife has mixed-race, crazy thick curly hair, so when I saw this I thought we'd give it a shot. She currently has a CHI blow dryer right now and honestly, it's too big and unwieldy for me to use as well. I was interested in the Dyson because, putting aside its price, I've had great experience with Dyson products - you definitely get what you pay for with this brand. I've been using the same Dyson Animal vacuum since 2004. It did a fantastic job on my wife's hair so much that I was tempted to try it - it looks very similar to the Dyson Air Multiplier fans - no visible blades. This thing is awesome - it dried my wife's hair in nearly half the time as the CHI without leaving her hair frazzled, wiry or with typical blow dryer fatigue. Since my hair is nowhere near that long, and much more fine, it had my hair dry in a matter of seconds. It's also lighter and more manageable than typical blow dryers. The attachments that came with it are of little benefit for me, but my wife seems to appreciate them. The biggest drawback for the Dyson is it's cost - it's a $400 hair dryer. For someone like me - that's more than excessive, but it's also worked great for my wife's hair for now, so I'll rate it a 4. My wife is a picky person, so if she likes something, then it's pretty good in my book. Pros: Speed and heat control Size and weight Portability Attachments Cons: Cost - the $400 price point makes this not an average user's hair dryer. Bottom Line: The Dyson SuperSonic Hair Dryer delivers typical Dyson-quality performance with the typical Dyson-price tag. If you're serious about hair - or maybe a hairstylist - this is a great hair dryer. If you're an average joe, then you're probably better off with a traditional type of hairdryer at a fraction of the Dyson cost.

    Seriously? $399 for a hair dryer? I scoffed at the idea and the price. All the review videos and hype got to me. I was curious. I am not even a person that blow dries their hair(I feared it would fry my hair). I usually let it air dry but it has gotten to cumbersome lately. Let me just tell you, I have hair past the knees, nearly mid-calf (I plan to donate it) and I actually got it decently dry and combed out in...15 minutes? It typically takes me longer to comb it out because my hair is wet and it gets tangled with itself due to its length. I HATE how well this beast can tackle my hair. I will have to tighten my belt for months to come for this ridiculous purchase but I am glad I took the plunge. There are three wind strength and three heats. There is also a cool option but when the heat lights aren't selected, the hair dryer blows cool air. I can't believe I've fallen for this hair dryer. I am serious. It took be forever to air dry my hair, I would walk around the house leaving PUDDLES of water. Now I can sleep without wetting the bed(haha, because of my hair). And I can take morning showers and dry my hair in no time.

    This is by far the best hairdryer I've ever used (and also most expensive). My wife loves it. She gets her hair done on a regular basis, and is always concerned about over drying her hair. This dryer is awesome. It constantly measure temperature so it doesn't burn the hair. Not only that, it much more quiet than conventional hair dryers.

    This hair dryer is amazing. Leaves hair smooth, less frizzy (there is some frizz, of course), pretty quiet and dries hair relatively quickly. Hopefully the price goes down, however, since you still pay so much for brand mostly. Great investment if you're a professional hair stylist, otherwise overpriced in my opinion - although do not get me wrong - it's an awesome hairdryer.

    The best hair dryer on the market. Dried my hair quickly while protecting my bleached blond fragile hair. Creates a smooth finish. Dyson is the best!
