my husband just got me the Dyson Hair dryer for Christmas and I was hesitant to keep it due to the price. But goodness I'm so glad I did I love it!! I have thick wavy coarse hair and it dried my hair in less than 5 minutes and it usually takes me around 20 mins with a regular hair dryer! also less frizz and my hair was smooth and soft and so much straighter!! I was blown away! I read the reviews before and thought to myself yeah right! But no this is real!!

I love this dryer. It comes with a few attachments to go with the hair dryer and the heat isn't overbearing. Dyson always make great products and this is another great product by them.

Not much to say other than it died 2 years and 4 months later. So basically this super expensive Dyson hair dryer comes with a 2 year warranty but at $500 this is basically a rip off. You are paying $250 per year to use the product. Not cool at all. I guess I am better off now buying other $100 dollars high quality dryers that even if they only last me 1 to 2 years I could afford to go 5 to 9 years with the same money spent. Bye bye Dyson.

I just received my Dyson dryer and have used several times. Dries my hair in half the time. I have long and thick hair and it used to take forever to dry. Such a time saver!

My wife has been using this hair dryer for over 4 years. She was always buying new hair dryers every couple of years either because they stopped working or just weren't doing a good enough job. Yes the price is steep compared to others but the quality and reliability has been well worth it. If there is one con it's that the cord is thick and heavy and can pull the hair dryer off of the counter. Other than that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for themselves or as a gift.

Well...where do I start. I'm very fortunate to have a budget sensitive wife who always looks for the sale before the splurge. I'm cursed in the fact that my home is an ever revolving door of cheap product after cheap product. This past Mother's Day,2018, I decided that enough was enough. After sneaking away from my family for a bit (because sneaking is the only way to get away from my wife, three year old daughter, and two boys) I found this engineering beauty calling my name from its perch. Sitting atop an endcap, I knew today was the day that I introduced quality and function into my wife's life, besides myself because I'm an awesome catch. On Mother's Day, I nervously handed my wife her gift and instantly fire and brimstone rained from her mouth. Too hot to handle and too cold to hold (Ghosterbuster reference ;)) I knew that I was in for a battle. Banished downstairs, I sat and wondered if I had made the right decision. Minutes went by, then hours, I began to sense that my marriage was over (jk). I started the ascent back to my bedroom and lo and behold, she's dancing while drying her hair...SUCCESS!!!! The temperature and speed control settings were the cake and the noise level the icing. I had finally made a purchase that she loved.

I really needed to purchase this item as a Christmas gift for my mum and I was traveling back home. It wasn’t going to reach in time from Dyson so Beat Buy came in so clutch! Super happy and pleased with the product and service. :)

Let me just say this thing is a beast ! My ears have just stopped bleeding and I have not been able to hear anything since the day I bought, but dang it's worth it ! The moment I turned it on I had to hold on for my dear life the jet of hyper-heated air was simply astonishing. My hair was dry and within 10 minutes so were my pool and lawn. Sure, you could by 10 of those *ordinary* hair dryers for the price of this thing but this one is the one for me ! I have since saved so much money with this miracle. I no longer have to use ladders to change the lightbulbs, I can simply point this wonder down and I am airborne within seconds. The only downside is that it permanently scared off all wild life within 5 square miles of my house. Super dry, itchy hair and levitation on demand, 11/10 would buy again !

The most professional and high powered hair dryer I ever owned. If this is out of your budget, my second pick would be a t3. Expensive, but worth it. You get what you pay for - Quality.

Honestly, my husband uses this hair dryer more than I do...after a shower, just to warm up after being outside for a few minutes, drying the dog after her baths, etc. Having rather long hair myself, it takes FOREVER to dry my hair with a traditional hair dryer. With the Dyson, it takes a fraction of the time. A standard hair dryer takes me around 14 minutes, but with the Dyson it took about 5 minutes! I've even started washing my hair in the mornings, rather than at night because now I don't have to devote so much time to my hair. The only con I have is the price of the unit, but get the Geek Squad protection to go with it! The plan is definitely worth it because if it stops working, Best Buy will give you another Dyson for no additional charge, aside from purchasing a protection plan on the new device. You can replace the thing every two years for a fraction of the price.

This had been the best hair dryer I've ever used, at least until it suddenly died after 6 years of service. Given its 2-year warranty, I suppose I got most of my $400+ dollars' worth. But I still expected a bit more from Dyson, given their reputation and high cost of their products.

Was very hesitant to spend the money on a hair dryer, but this isnt your normal dryer. The way it made my wifes hair look and feel was mind blowing.

I purchased this dryer with very high expectations. I have very long hair, which takes forever to dry with a regular dryer. This dryer has made a huge difference in dry time and styling of my hair. The different diffusers made it possible to dry my hair without making it a tangled mess. The magnets are strong enough to hold the tools to the dryer without getting knocked off as you style. The smoothing attachment actually works great. The color is icing on the cake, the whole Dyson package was of the highest quality from storage box to actual dryer very satisfied.

I’ve had the dryer for 1 year and it’s been great. I like the compact design and it’s quieter than most dryers. The cord is a bit heavy but not a deal breaker. I definitely recommend.

Got for my wife for Christmas. I knew she wanted it (Daughter has one) and price was excellent. Has been a smash hit.

So first off, this hair dryer is a lot quieter than what I’m used to. The dryer itself is very effective. My advice: give it a chance. I think you will love it.

I love the size and power of this hair dryer it’s easy to hold and makes my hair feel fuller and softer
