Contacted customer support, who walked me through checking/cleaning filter, but still wouldn't power on. Returned outside holiday cut off date of 1/15/25. Had to purchase a $50 annual membership in order to be able to return.

She has really thick hair and this dries and volumizes in half the time it would usually take her. Expensive - yes, but oh so worth it. Happy wife, happy life!!

When I started using it every morning before work, that’s when I realized it was well worth it. My hair looks better styled and shiny. But for the price, it should it should also come with the case.

But after she had used it for a week or so I told her that I liked her new haircut. She told me it wasn't a new haircut her hair was just getting healthier from using her new blow dryer.

Its small, sturdy, and i love the stand that came with the model I purchased! I'm happy I made the investment.

It is so well regulated with regard to temperature that you can easily avoid burning your hair while tryint to dry it.

I love it. It dries my hair very fast and my hair seems fuller. The only thing I don’t like about it is the cord is quite heavy.
