Arrived inoperable and No Help

Drove 60 miles there and back to find that they won’t replace it. Had to order another. Second one arrived. It doesn’t even turn on. Phone customer service tells me to return it AGAIN!! Gas and time!! I can’t even get through to the store to see if they have one in stock before I drive there AGAIN! They send the call to the Philippines! Which tells me to go to the store!!!

The only thing that I didn't like is that it scratches easily. The color has already chipped on a few areas of my dryer and I've had it for over a month. It's pricey but it works well
