Purchased as a gift for my wife. She absolutely loves this hair dryer. She says she is able to dry her hair much faster than her old normal run of the mill blow dryer. It produces much more air flow. There is a slight "learning curve" when using due to the position of the handle vs a traditional one, but over all she really likes it. Side note we blow dry our dog after showers and he seem to like this blow dryer more than the old one too.

It may be pricey. But you get what you pay for. It is a time saver. Have been using it for more than a year.

The best hair dryer out there! Lightweight, independent heat and speed settings. I love that the attachments are magnetic, but are very secure when in use. I wish the comb attachment was included, and not a separate purchase. The cord is very thick, like a surge protector, but also long enough to allow for easy movement. I held out for a long time in purchasing this because the price is steep, but the value and performance definitely match.

I have a T-3 hair dryer that I have been using for a few years and it's great. I didn't want to buy the Dyson one because it's quite expensive and I thought the T-3 would be good enough. Well, this year I decided to treat myself with this new dryer and I have no regret. It is the best! It dries the hair even faster than the T-3 thus my hair is less damaged and healthier. I would say if someone has long hair and wants to save time and have healthy hair; this is the ultimate investment.

We have an one year old and my wife practically gave up on drying her hair for the past 6 months. We visited a hotel and she tried the Dyson Hair Dryer for the first time and has been wanting one ever since. It's not silent but the noise compared to a regular blow dryer is night and day. All the other functions are more or less what you would expect. Sure it's pricier than its competitors but Best Buy was having a sale and my wife is happy. So I'm happy with the buy.

Super powerful without the crazy noise. Sounds more like a powerful white noise per day than anything else. Love the stand.

I debated 6+ months about buying this after hearing so many good things. Finally the salon I go to also started using them and I was convinced. I have busy wavy hair and this is the first dryer that can not only get my hair truly dry, but without all the frizz. The attachments are so useful but greatest feature is it doesn’t let the air get too hot, preventing frizz. I’ve recommended it to several people already. Since I’m now using less smoothing products I’m happy with this as an investment to cut down on hair products as well.

I am so glad I finally splurged on this! My hair is super long and thick. (To my waistline). This hair dryer allows me to get my hair dry very quickly. This hair dryer is also excellent for curly hair and my daughters have natural ringlets. Plus with it now being long like traditional hair dryers it is easy for my daughters to learn how to dry thei hair themselves.
