If you're thinking of getting this for your girlfriend/wife, do it. Yeah its a $400 blow dryer, i get it. But the look on her face and her reaction; worth every penny. That said I have also used it acouple times(long hair) and it really is better than any old blow dryer. Its also futuristic looking so thats cool. Blow dryer worthy of the enterprise. Or the deathstar for you, other people. Oh and it doesn't instantly trip the breaker upon plugging it in/turning it on. Which happened often with other blow dryers. Good stuff

I love this blow dryer. I have very thick curly hair and it usually takes 30 mins or more to dry my hair. With the Dustin Dryer it takes 15-20 mins to dry my hair with less frizz then before.

Great hair dryer but others much less in cost can do just as well. Have had for almost 2 years with absolutely no problems. Found a nice sale price making it a greater value.

I really like this hair dryer except for the cord. The cord is a bit cumbersome which takes away from the light weight of the hair dryer. I love that the attachments connect with a magnet. Makes it easy to take them on and off

I think that sums it up. She got up early the day after I gifted her the dyson supersonic. She woke me up and exclaimed "I have been given the gift of time!" I heard her tell her multiple people that she used to take 45 mins to an hour to do her morning hair routine. She says with the dyson she is done in less than ten minutes... and doesn't even need to use her straightener after using the dyson supersonic. It's a lot of money, but she swears up and down that it is very much worth it. I saved up some money for the dyson. Maybe now we will make it places on time. hahaha.

The design of this product is amazing. This far surpasses any other blow dryer on the market. This dryer requires about 50% of the time any other dryer requires to dry your hair.

Wife loves the way it works on her hair. I love that it is quieter in morning since she wakes up befor me . Looks cooler than regular hair dryer . But I do think it is more of a luxury item than the best of the bestkinda thing . I was told that all she wanted for Christmas so it worked out for me as a gift item

I was suspicious at first, but this hair dryer is amazing. I have long, straight hair with a few waves. My hair normally looks very frizzy. Since I use the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer, my hair looks extremely healthy and smooth. There's no frizz, I assume because of the precise airflow. Yes, the hair dryer is pricey. However, considering the technology behind this I think it's worth it. Side Note: I had technical issues with the first hair dryer my husband bought for me. The customer service was outstanding! I received a brand new hair dryer within two days of sending my damaged one in.

As advertised, has really helped my flyway's and I don't have to use a straightener anymore!

I had long debated purchasing this product, as I already owned the Buttercup blowdryer by Drybar. After looking into what made this Dyson dryer different, I learned of all the reaserch science, and commitment to making a stellar product that Dyson put into designing this dryer. I would definitely recommend trying this blowdryer, but only to those who know how to properly blow dry hair (section hair, which brushes to use for what style ect). I say this because I found out after my hair ended up in knots on my first use, that this blowdryer is to powerful to use on fine thin hair if just finger combing while blowdrying. That said, if using one of the nozzle attachments, section off hair, and style using a proper round brush it gives a very fast, un-frizzy lovely blowout. I took one star away as mine is less than a year old, and peice recently broke on mine for no obvious reason. I am about to pursue getting this fixed, and can write an update later on how well/ easily the fix was taken care of.

Bought it for a mother"s day gift for my wife. She was thrilled. She feels it doesn't dry out her hair like other dryers and is gentler. It takes her less time to get ready-always a plus!

I’ve had mixed reviews about purchasing something so pricey. Had I known how powerful and quiet, I would have bought one years ago! It’s worth it, it’s life changing.

Everything about this hair dryer is outstanding! Build quality, lightweight, great performance, and includes all the accessories! Pricey, but worth the cost!

Cuts down time and removes damage from hair. Heats up almost instantly and noise is not as loud as most other hair dryers. Would definitely recommend.

I have long thick hair and it takes a long time to get my hair dried. Often when I do use my old hair dryer, it not only dries my hair, but it also feels like I am burning my hair and scalp in the process. For years I have been looking out for the perfect hair dryer for my hair and I now, I OWN IT! I love my new dyson hair dryer and love how light it is to hold and how there are perfect levels of heat and power I can adjust when drying my hair. I highly recommend this dryer if you don't mind spending the money to get a quality product.

I felt so guilty about buying such an expensive hair dryer. Not so much anymore! I have very thick, wavy hair that takes 30-40 minutes to dry and style, and generally I will still have to fight frizz. Now I can diffuse to beautiful curls in 10 minutes or have a sleek, non-frizzy style in 20. I now realize why my hair stylists use it! Since time is money, I no longer feel guilty. Also, I have had many compliments on my hair since I started using it!
