Very happy with the product. Why not 5 stars? Because it's too expensive. I splurged - and am Very happy with the product, but still feel it should be lower in price. What do I love about it? Strong wind, cool design, and it's actually quieter than my old $10 blowdryer! It is still loud but I think the frequency of sound is lower so when you're in another room you don't hear it much or at all, whereas with the old blowdryer you could hear it next room.

Dyson always does not disappoint and exceeds expectations. I like the new colors too, and the power has been upgraded, so I am using it comfortably. And thank you to Best Buy. Thank you

Great hair dryer, gave as a gift to my daughter and she absolutely loved it!!! Lots of power to dry hair quickly yet not a frizz-fest. A little on the pricey side but I got it on sale so it wasn't as bad as paying full price for it

the product looks very sleek. The dryer delivers strong flow which cuts the drying time by half. The wind doesn't create any damages to my hair at all. My hair felt so smooth. Love it!

Definitely dries hair a lot faster than previous hairdryers. The large round attachment gives hair that soft beach wave look. Not sure if it’s worth the $400 price but if it lasts for a few years than it will be.

Amazing product. One of the best hair dryers on the market. Worth every penny. I used to own one in Europe and immediately bought this one again (regardless of price) to match the same electrical outlet.

Yep this set me back, but since i started to wear my hair in curls, which means i now have to wash my hair 2 to 3 times a week, so i decided to give to another try because i brought it before and didnt like it, then when i used it for the purpose of drying my hair fast, i started to like it, now its one of my go to hair dryers, and i also brought the other one for times i want to straighten my hair. A must have.

Air flow and heat is amazing. Very stylish. Longevity of the unit is unknown, Time will tell.

Super comfortable in the hand, doesn't damage my hair and makes drying my super thick hair something I don't dread in the morning. It's not what you're used to paying for something like this, but considering I wouldn't buy another hair dryer my whole life I consider it a sound investment

As with the other Dyson products my family owns, the Supersonic hairdryer meets and exceeds expectations. Based on my wife's reaction, this hairdryer was the perfect birthday gift!

I purchased and gave this Dyson Hair Dryer to my as a Christmas present this year . . . and she loves it! My wife continually thanks me for this gift, and she is constantly raving about how she has found a new love - her Dyson hair dryer!

I bought this for my wife for a Valentine's present. At first she thought I was crazy for spending this much money on her present for a hair dryer but I reminded her that I never got her a Christmas present this year so she said she would try it out. After a couple of weeks she has really began to love it. She let her hair stylist use it on her and she was totally impressed. Does she think it's worth $500? Probably not but she says it is the best hair dryer she's ever had.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. After one use, she got rid of all her other hair dryers and told me this was the one. It dries her hair in half the time but is more thorough and easier to style with.

Awesome design,and the air flow is the best I ever seen from a hair blower ever. Job time is cut in half. Overall it's great product. Highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for the ultimate hair blower.

Good quality item at a really good price. I would buy it again if I had another person to give it to as a gift. I got mine last year and had to share with my daughter in laws this year.
