    The dryer was purchased for a Christmas gift. Out of the box, the on switch would not stay on. We returned it, which was a very easy process (great employees at Best Buy), and when she got the new one, the defuser was broken so now we have to deal with that. With the price of this hair dryer, you would think Dyson would take a little more care in what they send out.
