pricy but well worth it. will recommend with friends

Wouldn't power on. Contacted customer support, who walked me through checking/cleaning filter, but still wouldn't power on. Returned outside holiday cut off date of 1/15/25. Had to purchase a $50 annual membership in order to be able to return.

I realize that it’s just a hair dryer but it does feel different when you use the Dyson. Bc the intake is in the handle and not the back of the face, you can take the face of the hairdryer against your brush without feeling as though you’ll burn your brush. The fan speed and heat are good, strong but not stronger than any good hairdryer. The styling is great, the attachments are good but overall it’s rather expensive and likely only saves me 5-10 minutes drying my long wavy hair. Good if you have expendable cash.

Surprised my wife with this for Christmas based off a friends recommendation. Wife was a little apprehensive at first considering the price. Now she tells all of her friends about how much healthier her hair is. The benefit for me... it doesn't take her as long to get ready!!

You can feel the air flow from over ten feet away! My hair looks and feels so much healthier after using this blow dryer. I thought I loved my last one, but it had nothing on the Dyson. I’m glad I took the plunge and spent the money. I have no doubts this will work well for a long time.

I was initially skeptical of this expensive hair dryer. However, after several weeks of using it, I am sold! My hair now dries faster with less heat. It's got a powerful fan, but keeps the heat at a comfortable level for my head. Great product!

Oh my gosh I never thought it would be as great as it is. I was skeptical, but this hair dryer is fabulous. I have combination hair and this leaves it feeling soft and not overly cooked. Nor do you smell the heat afterwards. I love this hair dryer!!

My wife had been looking at this for a while but hesitating about buying it due to the hefty price tag. So I bought it for her to enjoy.... What a mistake! It's bigger and MUCH heavier than we expected. The power cord is very long and obnoxiously stiff; like it could be used as a jumper cable to start your car. My wife tried it just once. Even the minimum blower setting was very powerful, and the minimum heat setting was far hotter than she liked. She inadvertently set the blower setting to high and it blew the diffuser off and sent it flying across the bathroom. The clincher was it seemed to pull all of the moisture out of her hair leaving it looking extremely dry, lacking any shine, and unattractive. I sent it back the next day. This may be good for a professional hair salon due to its build quality, but may prove to be disappointing for many home users.

Makes your hair amazing even with hair that’s not amazing! Best hair dryer known to man. You won’t believe it until you try it and crazy it’s worth more than the high price that it is.

Purchased as a gift for my wife last year and is working like new. No performance issues and the noise that some people complain about isn't worse than most other higher end hair dryers.

The hair dryer is a bit expensive, but well worth it. The accessories are a plus and it is very easy to use.

Dries fast, even with very thick hair. Got as a gift, wouldn’t have spent the $$ on my own.
