I bought this Dyson Supersonic dryer because it's the same model my stylist uses when I get my hair cut. I was looking for something that was pretty lightweight and quiet, with good airspeeds and heat settings. The Dyson definitely has all those capabilities - the one thing I'm still trying to get used to (and is the reason for 4 stars vs. 5 stars) is the unexpected location of the cold shot button. I'm used to a trigger rather than where this is located. I'm hoping with continued use I will get used to how best to take advantage of this feature.

This is a powerful yet quiet hair dryer! Love it! Also very sleek and and seems like it’s already arrived several generations into the future of dryer design. Handle/maneuvering the dryer takes a little bit to get used to but it is worth it. A friend who has had one for more than 2 yrs says the company’s service is fantastic, but not expecting any issues with this great product.

i purchased this for my wife. It was expensive but i figured we would try it. well, there is no going back now. my wife has long, thick hair and this cut down on the time she spends drying her hair by like 75% with less damage at the same time. Can't imagine her ever using another hair dryer now. size is good as well to travel with.

The style, the quality of the products are very excellent

The blowing power of the electric blowing is very large. The hair is dried in a few minutes. It is very easy to use. The sound is not harsh and the quality is very perfect. I like it very much.

This dries my wife’s hair at least 5 minutes quicker each time and she no longer has the issue of her hair being frizzled or getting caught in the hairdryer. She was hesitant about it when I brought it home to her but after using it, she really loves it. The benefits of this are really understated until you actually use this thing.

Great small appliance. Very quiet compared a traditional dryer

It normally takes 40 minutes to dry my hair. It literally took ten minutes and it is silky smooth with no product. It looks like I just walked out of the hair salon.

This thing is like a jet engine. It’s powerful. I use it for my beard and my wife uses it for her hair and it dries it in no time while also straightening it. Worth it

I am so glad that I finally bit the bullet and dropped a fortune on this hairdryer! It is worth every dime. So quiet light weight easy to hold, and drives my hair in less than half the time of a normal hair dryer. My hair has left so much better since using the Dyson.

I bought this originally for my girlfriend because she’s been dying for one. Didn’t really know about the hype about these blow dryers but i had to give it a try myself and i loved it. Now i probably use it more than her!

This Dyson hair dryer is the best hair dryer ever. It feels faster than regular hair dryers and it is also less noisy in comparison. There are three levels of heat and three levels of fan speed. Very convenient overall. A little expensive but worth it in the end, especially if you use it every day and I expect it to last several years.
