My husband has always had a strict rule about gifts I give him. He doesn’t want a utility gift which translates to anything with an electrical cord! However, he obsessed over this hair dryer from the moment he saw it. So, I took a shot and got this as one of his gifts. He was thrilled with it initially, but after using it, he raves about it. He has thick, curly hair that can become frizzy if not styled properly. Since using this dryer, his hair is softer than it ever has been. We both got our hair cut today, and he took it to the salon for our stylist to use on both of us. The stylist was incredulous at how well it worked for both of us. He and the other stylists in the salon suggested to the salon owner that she buy all of them one as a late Christmas gift! The dryer was a huge hit, and he has already gone on the Dyson website to buy a carrying case. He plans to take it on all his trips. Huge win! Apparently this is not a utility gift. It falls into a new acceptable category of grooming gifts.

I haven’t had hair in a couple decades, so I don’t anything about hair dryers. But I do know it took my wife forever to get ready for everything, due in part to her massive head of hair. During a vacation with friends, she borrowed one of these every day, fell in love, and probably considered divorcing me to marry one. Alas, I pulled the trigger and got her one last Christmas, even after discovering the shocking price. Much to my delight, I’ve convinced a handful of our friend’s wives that they MUST have one, the delight part coming from their husbands footing the bill, including my father-in-law. We’re all still on speaking terms, and they’re all happy with the product, so I guess that’s win-win.

Arguably the quietest performance hairdryer on the market. Those with delicate hair will be pleased at how the dryer dries quickly and with care.

This Dyson dries your hair quicker than traditional dryers without scorching the hair. There is a learning curve as it doesn’t feel like a traditional dryer.

This was bought as a gift for my wife who goes through hair dryers like a kid goes through toys! she was complaining that all the dryers she bought were week and slow and never got the job done in time. well not with Dyson. the first time she tried it she said it was very fast, easy to use, and convenient. it cut her hair styling time by at least 10 minutes every day.

My hairdresser loves her Dyson and always gets great results using it on my hair. I wasn't sure I'd have the same luck, but the funky-shaped "Flyaway" attachment is worth the price. I'm 55 and feel like I have 20-year-old hair again!

Wife had asked for a long time for this hair dryer, finally pulled the trigger and now my daughter "steals" the dryer, they are happy with it, no more burnt smell of their hair, fast drying, wife is happy, sadly the daughter is now asking for her own hair dryer...

The Cadillac of hairdryers. If you can afford it- buy it. Cuts down drying time, easy to put together and packs a punch! I wasn’t prepared at first and it was almost like turning on a jet pack! Lol

Great product she will use for a long time after she graduates! The pink is a nice girly color but not over the top. She has used mine and swears it makes her hair softer and straighter.

I hated my old wife’s hair dryer cause it was noisy and didn’t work that good, so I decided to give this huge upgrade to her for Birthday present and Christmas, and she was confused cause she never seen something like this, she was amazed of the design and quality of the product, and when she used it she said it was awesome the experience!!
