Tried to contact Dyson Customer Service but the did not respond in a timely manner via email or phone. $399 for a product that is usually in the $40 range for standard hair dryers. If you are going to charge a 1000% increase on a standard consumer item, then you should provide 1000% better customer service to support this product once in hands of the consumer, or better yet, be sure by 1000% that it works before shipping....BIG MISS James DYSON

She says it's great on her hair and is the best styling tool she has currently. I like it because of the technology behind it and all the added accessories it has. She hasn't had any issues yet. Definitely earned some brownie points with this thing!
