That is crap one month after the 2 years it’s not covered

Being a hairstylist for 20 something years (with back & shoulder pain) I had high hopes for this machine due the great reviews & that it is supposed to be light weight. I was obsessed with it until I got it. I'm a heavy user of the diffuser & not only is it not as light as my old 'pro' blow dryer, the nose just isn't long enough to style curly locks. It gets too hot even on the lowest setting & the air blows very differently, not as directional, than say the Cricket which is my all time fave. You'd think that for the $, this thing would spray out gold. Instead it was drying, & for me quite unimpressive.

It can take some time to get used to the different settings, features and attachments Dyson supersonic provides during your drying session, not to mention your normal way or habit of drying your hair with traditional hair dryers.
I'm also happy to inform you that the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer is engineered for balance in the hand. It is also the only manufactured hair dryer with the motor in the handle. With the center of mass being close to the handle, it is less arduous when maneuvering the hair dryer from side-to-side as it is not top heavy. We're always keen to provide support if ever needed. It dries fast and completely. The diffuser attaches easily and securely and the various temperature settings are useful. Only downside is that it is a little heavy. It’s held up well for the last 6 months.
