Only used it about 6 times, not really sure what happened. Overall- With the new price of $329 with the box etc, and the Best Buy warranty I would buy again. Instead of repairing, they gave me a gift card and I was able to upgrade to the airwrap.

The cord is thick and heavy and although holding the dryer itself was comfortable the cord added unnecessary weight. I also would not travel with it for that reason. I didn’t feel the tools were game changers on how my hair looked or dried. Super disappointed as it is a Dyson. Thought the technology would really WOW me. Nope.

Received a great price through a Best Buy member pricing deal. Blow dryer is very quiet and dries faster than our previous blow dryer. No complaints so far.

It is light weight and drys hair fast. Love the different attachments it comes it, way better than having to buy them all separate.

Quiet enough. Attachments are cool Bc they attach with magnets. Sure it’s pricey, but you’re getting quality. Just check out the other reviews.
