Love this hair drier. I have thin hair in general and this hair dryer gets my hair dry fast. It's quieter than the traditional low-cost hair driers, it doesn't overheat and is better for my hair. I'm on the fence as far as the other Dyson hair products, but love love this hair dryer!

This hair dryer is very good. It does dry my hair fast, and the tools seem fine. I have curly hair and blow my hair straight, my daughter has wavy hair and uses the diffuser to put bounce and curls in it and it works for her as well as it works for me. I won this exact hair dryer in a raffle for a charity and my co-workers all raved and were so excited that I had won this "amazing" hair dryer. One year later board members for the library foundation I sit on were asked to provide raffle baskets for the annual gala so I put together a hair basket, seeing how popular the item was. Overall, it does the job, it does it quickly and I did luck out in winning the item for me first, and it was a good raffle item, but not as popular as I would have hoped. And...if I would have to buy a hair dryer for me, I would not spend close to $500 on one. It is not extraordinary nor does it do things another less expensive one would do. You also have to practice ALOT to get use to using the tools.

I kept wanting to get this dyson blowdryer and kept thinking that it was too much of a splurge, but I finally gave in and am so happy I did. It is a game changer and worth every penny.

This is pretty much the Tesla of hair dryer. Light weight, easy to handle and powerful. A long heavy duty cord makes the whole assembly with attachments seem very state of the art. Much quieter than a normal hairdryer and it doesn't get as hot. The slightly high pitched whirl of the motor makes my dog bark some of the time.

Have had this for about 5 months now and have been really pleased with it. Makes styling easy, and it's comfortable to use, and doesn't fry my hair like my older hair dryer. Still a steep price to pay but overall happy with it.

I purchased this hair dryer for my spouse and she absolutely loves it. I have purchased a couple for her and honestly I never saw a difference between hair dryers, they were all the same. This one is light, easy to use, and dries the hair in an instant. I use it to dry my daughters hair too. I love it myself :)

This hair dryer is everything they say it is. Lightweight, quiet, powerful. I have below shoulder length hair and it now dries within 7 minutes whereas with my regular hair dryer would take at least 20 minutes. The price tag is hefty, would be nice if Dyson would accept 20% coupon, but if you buy at Best Buy, they have payment plan, no interest for 12 months. Very nice and makes it affordable.

Light, Compact and powerful! Hefty price tag however this investment will pay for itself! Easy to use, will Not Burn or Fry your hair. Very Simple to use!

After 2 weeks, I am pleased with my purchase. This hair dryer dries your hair in half of the time it takes with other hair dryers. It's easy to hold and fits nicely in your hand. It's also so quiet compared to other hair dryers. The magnetic attachments are great and do not fall off easily like some clip-on attachments. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Yes, yes, it is pricey. BUT, it is worth every penny!!! My entire family loves this blow dryer. It is super powerful and super fast. Blow drying that normally took 45 mins takes 10 mins or less!!! Yes, you read that right. I read many reviews about how fast you can blow dry your hair and was a little skeptical, but after first hand experience, I cannot doubt those reviews any longer and wanted to share my family's experiences with anyone who happens to come across this review. If in a position to purchase this Dyson Hair Dryer, then do it and you won't regret it!

amazing hair dryer. This has to be hands down one fo the best products I’ve ever purchased for my hair.

Bought this on the advice of my hairdresser who knows how difficult it is for me to blow dry/style my thick wavy hair. Seemed a bit heavy and cumbersome at first but I got used to it and now it's as easy as any other dryer. Three different temp and speed settings is awesome for styling. It cut my dry time by at least 1/3rd and my hair is never frizzy. Actually it's quite the opposite. It's smooth and silky. I wouldn't hesitate one minute to buy it again no matter what it cost. If it lasts as long as my Dyson vacuum (18 years so far) then it is worth every penny.

Lightweight, powerful, quiet, innovative!!!! Worth the cost since Dyson products last forever. This is a game changer in the hair dryer market. I have very frizzy, curly hair and I get a perfect blow-out that is silky straight. The ONLY drawback is the price. But, I have had so many dryers fizzle out and I feel this beauty will be working for many years. It's an investment in ME!

Amazing product. Dries the hair super fast. The attachments are very functional and do exactly what they’re meant to. Love the C shaped attachment for setting waving hair. It truly straightens wavy hair and reduces frizz.

I really like this hair dryer. It's been wanting it for a while, after my hair stylist and a close friend both recommended it. It's powerful, dries my hair really fast, and the attachments actually stay on! I also love that it's a lighter weight than my previous hair dryer and has a longer cord. Hoping this is my forever hair dryer!
