Garbage, over priced product.

The cord had a short in it which I fixed by folding the cord and taping it together. I tried customer service and repair shop but they said they could not help because the warranty expired. Over priced, useless garbage from a company that doesn’t support its products. I will never buy a product from this group again, neither should you.

After having multiple less expensive hair dryers stop working after about a year, I decided to invest in a more expensive option. I tried this dryer about 4 times and even bought a specific brush to counteract the stringy feeling my hair kept getting. I ended up returning this blow dryer because it did not cut down on any prep time for me, and didn't seem to work any better than any other blow dryer that I have had.
