Our previous Dyson handheld had the power plug on the back of the hand hold and would shock me when I vacuumed carpet. This one has fixed the only issue I've had with a Dyson product, and works great! Gets all the dog fur from the corners of every room & battery lasts a long time. Definitely worth the update.

This vacuum is light and battery lasts long enough to sweep my 1450 sq ft home. My only complaint is the button can be tedious to hold down the entire time.

Best vacuum overall suction is great. The battery life is great. Very easy to use. Even attachments for the accessibilities. Seriously... This vacuum is GREAT at what it was made to do... SUCKING. I Love the 3 levels of suck it provides. The vacuum is light, maneuverable and is able to reach those hard-to-get spots. It's easy to empty. It comes with some very helpful attachments.

Owned this for about 3-4 months now, but will update in the future if possible. This is a powerful machine: it easily handles way more than just dust bunnies. I am most impressed with how it deeply works into carpets and rugs, extracting great volumes of sand, dust, and grit. The battery life is long lasting and recharges quickly. It is easy to clean also. Very pleased with the purchase. For me, my family, it was worth the buy.

This V11 is a great start off vacuum It vacuums my 1000 sqft home in 13 minutes on the highest power mode. I have a small dog and it literally sucks up allllll the dog hair from the floor and surrounding floor boards around his kennel I love how this vacuum came with attachments to do windows sills, floor boards and hard to reach places. If you’re looking into getting one of these Dyson products I recommend, it will literally LIBERATE YOUR LIFE and take the dread out of sweeping. Trust!

I absolutely LOVE this vacuum! I had been using an older Dyson version for years until it started only staying on for about 8 minutes. I invested in a newer model, and wow, am I happy with it! This model runs for up to 60 minutes. One of the very great upgrade changes is that there is a screen on the handle that shows how much time is left to use the vacuum. And it tells you what setting you are on. It works on wood floors and transitions immediately to rugs without a problem. My old vac just couldn't work on most rugs. The swivel head is even more flexible, making getting into and around corners so easy. The release to empty the dirt canister is also much improved. It's obvious how to empty it. My older model was a total mystery at first as to how to empty the canister. It's easy to plug in and recharge. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner!

My place isn't huge. But lots or corners, cracks, & crevices. To have this much power, while moving freely, has been a great help. Battery lasts a while on a charge. And the fittings all come into play. Easy to empty, and honestly, the thing has showed me that a clean floor maybe wasn't as clean as I thought. Fully recommend.

My first Dyson. Got it a week ago on sale for $450…not its back to $559. All I wana do now is vaccum, its sk quite compared to my rainbow which was a project to put it together, fill it with water, move it around, then empty it and put this big machine away. Now Dyson does same job if not better and its so much lighter, so portable, the Eco mode for dusting, this thing is just amazing, seriously its a work of art in the cleaning department. Did I say Amazing? You will NOT regret it.

This vacuum is so lightweight and strong, am considering giving my upright vacuum a permanent rest. I can’t say enough positive things. I love the small additional attachments! I just wished I could find a wall where I can mount it to. My older home doesn’t have a closet with a power outlet so keeping it the kitchen is only option.
