10/10 - has revolutionized my household cleaning. I bought the Dyson V11 about 2 weeks ago and I am very happy with my purchase. This vacuum is amazing! Powerful suction, long battery life, and a smart LCD screen that shows me everything I need to know. The best feature of this vacuum is the High Torque cleaner head that automatically adapts to different floor types. It can sense the resistance of the brush bar and adjust the suction power accordingly. This means I don’t have to switch modes or heads when I go from carpet to hardwood to tile. It also saves battery power and makes the vacuum more efficient.

This vacuum cleaner definitely exceeded our expectations. The battery life is really good and the suction capacity is tremendous. One 5 minute session of cleaning our carpets can easily collect a full tank of dog hair and dust. Speaking of dogs, this has been great at quickly cleaning that stubborn hair from the couch and carpet. Lastly, it's super convenient that this is cordless and light, makes cleaning fun. Highly recommend you make the investment and get this!

This vacuum picks up better and has good suction. Easy to maneuver. Has good battery power. Has a long charge. The dust cup is easy to empty.

Best thing I bought all year! I’m very happy with the refurbished or open box versions sold at Best Buy. This picks up cat litter that sometimes comes out of the litter box and I like the option for three different intensities in suction. Great investment!

I love this vacuum, but lately is giving me problems… I honestly thought that for the money I spent I was going to have a good vacuum for years and it has been only 1 year since I bought it. It’s giving problems to start, I have to press couple of times and adjust the pressure I use.i still recommend it because the suction is great and it’s easy to clean. But it’s expensive, and that’s something to consider.

Purchased the V11 as an upgrade to our 6 year old V10 (which was still running well after a through dismantle, clean, and broken trigger swithc replacement). WOW want an upgrade, even more suction power, always chocked aboutn how much dust and debris builds up in a few days on carpet. The charge life display is a handy feature and overall the Dyson is just the best.

We are very happy with our Dyson V11. It is definitely an improvement to the V10 we had. The V11 seems like it has more suction and is a lot quieter. It also has a pretty cool Battery indicator and mode screen on the top where the filter sits. Another improvement is the removable battery; in case your battery craps out, you can just buy the replacement battery and your good to go or if you need more vacuum time you can purchased a back up battery to keep you going.

I purchased this vacuum when my V6 became unusable due to short battery life after 8 years or so it was time to replace . The V11 is a completely different experience! I used to have to empty the V6 three times with each use because of pet hair. the V11 has the capacity to only need emptying when I'm done and the battery still has half of it's life left. It's also quieter! It's just much better in every way. I'm very happy with this purchase!

The Dyson V11 is easy to use and cleans thoroughly. Battery life is solid, and it’s lightweight enough to maneuver around the house. A high-quality vacuum that makes cleaning much easier.

Major upgrade from what we had (which was not a Dyson after we had moved). We had a similar Dyson a year ago and that was our "workhorse" vacuum in our old apartment - this one has already proven to be a versatile powerhouse in our small-ish house. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who's considering one of these - the power setting control is incredibly intuitive and also does a fine job of communicating how much battery power each setting will consume. 10/10

I purchased a V8 four years ago and it is still in great working condition. The V11 was on sale so I decided to purchase it in order to have a vacuum upstairs, as well as downstairs. They both perform wonderfully and the V11 definitely runs quieter than the V8. Purchase which ever fits your budget.

Bought this vacuum to upgrade a Dyson V8 that's battery was shot. Runtime is longer on the V11 and the suction is noticeably better too. V8 accessories fit this V11 so that helped too. This is easy to empty and maintain. We use this everyday.

Lightweight and easy to use. Cleans very well and stays charged about an hour and no cord to trip over.

I returned the v11 for this because it was only 130 more at the time. This thing is great, i can adjust the head to get dog food amd do rugs. I had been wanting to go cord free for awhile and im glad i did. Suction is no problem especially compared to my two attempts at amazon chinese garbage vacs. Its pricey no doubt, but if your in the market for a cordlesss vac this is the one you will appreciate.

Upgraded from a V8 to this V11 and it has been life changing. I use for all my cleaning needs and its portability. The increased battery life and power modes make it an excellent purchase for anyone looking to upgrade their vacuum.
