    Customer Service was GREAT!!! The guys at Best Buy were really helpful with helping me choose which vacuum to purchase. Explained the differences between vacuums including voltage info which was awesome. This Dyson vacuum is the best vacuum I’ve ever used in my life. I literally vacuum 5x a day! Best vacuum in the market hands down!

    It's my first Dyson, and wow. I had just finished vacuuming the living room with my old Vacuum, and I figured Id try the Dyson to see how much more power it has, and WOW. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much more this bad boy picked up. Definitely worth the price.

    I have to admit I was skeptical about spending more than $100 on a vacuum cleaner but the V11 made a believer out of me. The build quality is excellent as is the battery life. I can vacuum my entire house and still have considerable charge left but where the V11 really shines is it's pickup power, absolutely awesome! Dyson has made a believer out of me!

    This is our second V11. They made some good updates to our previous model. - Fewer attachments (we never used all of them) - Improved brush (conical shape makes hair removal easy) - Battery life seems to be better from the beginning The two negatives, and why I don't give it 5 stars: - Be careful with normal carpet use as the construction where the tube connects to the vacuum body is weak. (This is what broke on our first V11.) - The capacity for material is pretty small and needs to be emptied frequently. Overall, I would recommend this vacuum for normal, residential use.
