I can get it out and do my hardsurfaces in about 20 minutes and no residual dust and lint! I just love it. I love how you just hit a lever and the dirt and dog hair all falls into the garbage bag! This is the best!

I love this vacuum. It has terrific suction power which is the major difference from the other brands. The only reason I don't give it five stars is there is no headlight so I can see what i'm vacuuming.

It goes places a regular vaccuum cleaner wouldn't and picks up very nicely. I do wish it were easier to store; it's a challenge getting it stabilized in an upright position such that it doesn't slide or fall over.

I had just upgraded from the V10 pet model and i love it. Its a bit larger than what i had and can hold more dust and dirt.

I desperately wanted to like a middle-of-the-road model or brand, but I had spent so much over the years spending a hundred or so on something similar. Nothing beats Dyson!!

It really is worth every dollar and makes a huge difference because I don’t have to lug out a huge vacuum and ten plug it in.

Get the 5 year protection though as something always seams to happen right at the 3 year mark. Small clips break off or trigger acts up. Small and annoying things that dont stop it from working but worth havin the geek squad protection for.

Dust cup is a little larger than previous one. I use it daily, sometimes more, with a dog that sheds in the house.
