    This is the second Dyson we bought and again no complaints. Only reason we got one was because we needed it for a different area of the house and this one was on sale. Great value!

    I previously had the Shark duo for carpet and floor specifically the pet one and did a lot of research to find a similarly priced dyson and came up with this. I love it. It has been picking up hair from my carpet that had probably been there for years. I just look for things to Vacuum now to see how full the canister gets!

    [Employee of bestbuy] Much more useful than my previous vacuum. The only downside is that the tool holder only holds 2 additional tools but the vacuum comes with 3 additional tools

    Love the dyson V11. This is our 4th different brand vacuum this year all the others hair would get tangled and break the vacuum don't have that problem with the dyson V11.

    So far so good. Battery life on our old V8 went south and replaced with this. Disconnecting the attachments to empty the bin can be a hassle but nothing too bad

    We have a dog, and it picks up hair like a champ. we had an old Dyson we thought was doing the job until we bought this one. what a difference. So much better.

    Great vacuum, but after two years of use the trigger would not hold the vacuum on. Expected more from a very expensive vacuum.

    It’s great! It does what it’s job well as long as the item you are cleaning up aren’t as big as a cheerio cause it struggles getting things that size. It also retains a smell even after you clean the inside of it. But overall a 8-10

    I thought the minute I bought this I would have buyers remorse. Not with this vacuum. I love the hard plastic roller so hair cannot get tangled in the machine.
