    This is my second Dyson V11. Medium on the new model is not the same as auto on the first one. It does not automatically change from floor to rug which is disappointing.

    I purchased this vacuum less than a year ago, and while it's generally easy to handle and performs well, I've encountered an issue. Within this short time, the suction tube has stopped functioning properly and is no longer intact. It's disappointing that such a critical part has failed so quickly, considering the overall quality of the machine.
